HarborPath On Campus: Partnering to Save Lives

Fentanyl poses a significant threat to college students, with counterfeit pills laced with this potent opioid causing fatalities nationwide. HarborPath is dedicated to combating this crisis by providing life-saving naloxone (Narcan) and educational resources directly to campuses.

Why Partner with HarborPath?

Customized Programs: We collaborate with your institution to design a naloxone distribution and training program tailored to your campus's unique needs.

Peer-to-Peer Engagement: Leveraging Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, we empower student-athletes to lead peer-to-peer public service announcements on campus and social media, enhancing the program's reach and impact.

Success Story: University of Mississippi

In the spring of 2024, HarborPath partnered with the University of Mississippi, Attorney General Lynn Fitch, The Grove Collective, and the William Magee Center to launch a fentanyl awareness and naloxone distribution campaign. This initiative achieved over 600,000 social media impressions and received coverage from major media outlets, including The New York Times, The Athletic, Sports Illustrated, and The Paul Finebaum Show.
